The challenge
Vikash Dudhia is a medical consultant with global reach. A UK Registered Nurse turned healthcare sales specialist, he has spent more than 25 years helping healthcare businesses, distributors and sales teams sell with clinical credibility, across more than 100 countries and markets.
His website told a much smaller story. It was a very basic landing page that had served its purpose but no longer reflected the depth of his experience. Someone checking him out before a first conversation would have met a far less experienced consultant than the one his clients actually work with.
For a consultant who works on trust, that gap matters. The people who hire Vikash are making careful, high-stakes decisions, and they want to know they're in safe hands before they pick up the phone.
What I did
I started with the question every visitor is quietly asking: can I trust this person with my business?
Credentials where people look first. Rather than leaving his experience on a page visitors might never reach, I built it into the top of the homepage, next to his photo: 25+ years' experience, 100+ countries and markets, UK Registered Nurse, international channel expert. Visitors get the answer before they've scrolled.
Clear messaging for a specialist offer. The site leads with one clear idea, "Speak with clinical credibility", then explains in plain English how he helps healthcare organisations grow, from sales training to commercialising clinical data.
An easier way to get in touch. Busy healthcare leaders would often rather send a quick message than fill in a form, so alongside booking an introduction call, visitors can reach Vikash directly on WhatsApp.
Beyond the website, I also laid the groundwork for his upcoming learning platform, which will make his healthcare sales expertise available to professionals and sales teams well beyond his one-to-one clients.
The outcome
Vikash now has a clean, modern website that introduces him as the experienced, internationally trusted consultant he is. His credentials do their work in the first few seconds, getting in touch takes one tap, and the site has room to grow as his learning platform launches.
